led by one of the Lokaal team these classes are the perfect intro to weight training — designed to build confidence & prevent injury in the gym. Each session focuses on a different lift or movement, so you can drop in once or join in every week for a social workout.⁠

Dan is an all-round nice guy who’s passionate about helping people move. He has over a decade of experience as a strength & conditioning coach & is a qualified physiotherapist with a background in gymnastics.
