membership pauses & cancellation.
membership pause, cancellation, switch or seat transfer requests can be submitted using this form — see below for all the info you need.

membership pausing terms:
you can pause your membership as per the allowances shown here at no charge, or switch to a holding membership for longer periods for $10 a month.

for mates & family memberships:
- seats can be paused individually (payments will continue for active members from the primary owner’s nominated account)
- only the primary owner can pause for all members & it is their responsibility to notify the other members
- for longer pauses the $10 holding fee applies per person
membership cancellation terms:
- all direct debit membership cancellations require 30 days notice in writing.
- there is no fee to cancel a membership.
- no refunds are provided for paid in full membership cancellations.
- no pauses during the 30 day cancellation notice period.
- mates & family memberships can only be cancelled in full (no single person cancellations).
- only the primary owner can cancel a mates or family membership & it is their responsibility to notify the other members.


switch to a different membership
all-haus & mini direct debit members can switch to another direct debit membership with 7 days notice
- only all-haus & mini direct debit members are eligible
- can only switch to another direct debit membership
- otherwise standard cancellation terms apply
transfer a mates or family membership seat
individual member seats on a mates or family membership can be transferred with 30 days notice:
- the purchaser responsible for payments must stay the same
- max 2 adults still applies
- max 1 change request per six months
- only the primary owner can transfer seats & it is their responsibility to notify the other members
- otherwise standard cancellation terms apply
